Ben heads up all things ecosystem and designs our systems for sustainable food production. He hunts down any wasted space, resource or material and looks for ways to tie it back into the production cycle. Ben is a LEED-certified architect specializing in building design and construction. When he’s not rendering designs, he slows things down by carving abstract stone sculptures from marble, which can take up to 4 years per sculpture.
